Homebrew, Uncommon

A glass bottle shaped like a stylized female contour with a glass stopper shaped like a fancy women’s hat. The bottle contains a red, glistening liquid that at a quick glance may be mistaken for a healing potion. It is, however, quickly identified as a perfume as the faint smell escapes from the bottle, even with the stopper firmly closed.

This vial of perfume is from Felicia Reddington’s signature line Luscious Red, but has been weaponized by concentrating all the ingredients. A single drop of this Ruinous Red will have you smelling nicely for a week. When the vial is broken, however, the effects are almost identical to the Stinking Cloud spell as the released smell overpowers the senses.

Effects
A 20-foot-radius sphere of red nauseating gas emanates from the broken vial. The cloud spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured.
The cloud lingers in the air for the duration (3 rounds, max.). Each creature that is completely within the cloud at the start of its turn must make a Constitution saving throw against poison (DC 15).
On a failed save, the creature spends its turn retching and reeling. Creatures that don’t need to breathe or are immune to poison automatically succeed on this saving throw. A moderate wind (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses the cloud after 1 round.
